I just moved to a new city and I don't know anyone! I am thinking about the internet.... the whole profile and uploading a picture thing but I'm kind of embarresed. Is this a desperate thing to do?

well personally i dont reccomend it coz simply your dealing with somone you never met before one never knows what will expect without seeing and feeling it live .lots of bad things could happen when you meet that person wile you had different thoughts about it before you meet him/her ,,,simply you have to be ready for worst cases ,,,try yellow pages ,respectfull clubs,meeting new ppl its more secure and healty ,,
