Internet dating question?

Hi I met this girl on an online dating site. She's replying to all my e-mails but she isn't really trying to get to know me at all. She hasn't asked me one question about myself. Would you take this as a bad sign?

Reply:how many times you'de talk online together or send e-mails? some girls are shy to ask anything...you can tell her.. she is free to ask you anything she wants to know on your next e-mail...is that ok for you? if so then go ahead
Reply:That's kind of strange I would say. Maybe she's just playing games or maybe she's selfish %26amp; just likes to talk about herself. If your gut feelings tell you to move on, do so.
Reply:I don't know if it's a bad sign or not... I've been dating someone for 1 year 1 month and after all this time we're finally meeting... Looong time... huh? We've been completely honest, showed interest, we also talk on phone... we've been more than patient but we've BOTH put our best endeavours to make it happen... if it's only you the one that is interested and patient... eventually you'll get bored... believe me!
Reply:Yeah I would definitely take this as a bad sign because of the fact that you should always want to get to know the other person before you start dating them. It kind of sounds one sided to me since she keeps telling you about herself and doesn't find out anything about you. either that or she really isn't that finicky about the guy that she is dating.

Reply:Maybe she's new to the whole online dating thing. Or maybe she's just being nice and really doesn't like you. Or she could just be self absorbed, either way find a new one.

Reply:Well who initially started the conversation. If she did, its probably that she doesn't know what she wants, or she is seeing someone she likes so far and wants to keep you in her back pocket just in case. If you did, then she probably is interested in being friends only.
Reply:No not really maybe she is just shy and doesn't know what to ask. Girls get that way. Maybe she feels embarrassed to ask or she doesn't want to turn you off by getting too personal. If she is telling you about herself then just go ahead and tell her a little bit about you. Or what i do is i play whats called the question game when I'm trying to get to know someone. How you play is you ask a question and they have to answer, then when its the other persons turn they cant ask the same question (not right away anyways) but they have to ask you a question. Its an easy way to get to know people. And of course you can change up the rules or add more but still.. Good luck!
