Online/internet dating,,good-bad?

if 2 ads are placed on a dating site,,,one from a "doctor/professional" and the other from a "normal" person, the ads read the same,,but the profession gets gets 10 to 1 response's,,what does that say about women?

IF the ads don't have a photo, and the professional get's his ad hit on more, it's because all the women answering the ad are big dreamers or professional losers themselves!!





I've tried that experiment already myself. Put one on about the real me, and a fake one saying I was a doctor. Guess what honey? The MEN also hit the professional ad more than my fun, bubbly personality!!

Reply:Women in dating websites are looking for commitment most of the time, and schooling requires an educational commitment. If a person can commit to higher educational levels, then they have a greater chance of committing to a relationship. Also, they have a mroe knowledgeable, more understanding, more worldly view of the world and life. A higher salary means a higher quality of living.





I don't think you should blame women for looking after their best interest.

Reply:I wouldn't trust how many responses you get from an online dating service. I've found out the hard way that most of the responses you get from people supposedly on the service are actually automated messages. It's how they keep people interested in the site.

Reply:I myself do not like on-line dating services, I think they are a joke. I know alot of people that have had problems with their "better half's" getting on these sites and acting like they are single just for entertainment or boredom and I think that is wrong. Not only is that wrong to do to someone the you love but what about the person on the other end of the pc who thinks you are single? You are screwing with 2 lives, and possibly your own if you get caught. About the "doctor/professional" and "normal" person thing


I can bet you that 90% of the people who are on these sites lie about most of the info in their profile so what difference does it make anyways?? Yeah it does suck for those few real and true single people out there looking for someone to talk to cause they will prob get screwed out of anything they were looking forward to.


I guess what I am saying is I don't like the sites, dont agree with how people abuse them and wish they never were thought up!!
