Reply:I met my last long term significant other online....at an AOL Singles party to be exact. I went to meet a guy I was talking with online and he never made it. This other guy came up to me and pinched my brand new tattoo....should have told me all I needed to know. I was just coming out of a very bad marriage and had just been stood up so I went out with the pot-bellied still-in-the-closet troll. (Because of his big belly, big nose and short scrawny legs, when he got naked he looked just like a troll....wanted to rub his head for luck, lolol) Anyway, that was a MAJOR BOMB and I wasted a good 4 years of my life on that one.





However I subsequently met THE MOST WONDERFUL MAN through the Yahoo personals. It was love at first sight and we've been inseparable ever since. We've been married for 3 years and they've been the best three years of my life.





So, yes, you can meet the person of your dreams online, but don't jump at the first loser that comes along.
