No. There are weirdo's on the internet and people lie. You can't find a real good well rounded somebody on the internet. Do the old fashioned thng and go to a bar or the club.

no its not, you dont know who your meeting or even if anything they told you is true. But if you are very careful about who you meet and get to know someone a lot before hand then you could make a nice friend or lover, after all not everyone is a freak out there.

Internet dating can be as safe as any type of dating, if you just use common sense. Ladies don't travel long distance...make him come to your turf on your terms and always have someone with you or nearby at your first meeting or make sure that it is a very public place.

Reply:It depends on your judgment of how much trust youl put in to a stranger. Some people are good. Some are people with dark secrets youl never know through a message window.


If you do deside to meet someone off the net be sure its in public and you get to know them super good before you go any further. Then it can be safe if you keep your eyes open.

Reply:Dating's never 100% safe. Internet dating can be tricky. I found my awesome girlfriend on a dating site, and that was only after sifting through bunches and bunches of profiles of girls that I didn't think would work out.


Stick to people that have pictures posted. And do lots and lots of online chatting or email before you decide to meet someone face-to-face.


It all boils down to common sense. If you take all necessary precautions, internet dating can be just as safe as going out to meet people. It's going to be as safe as you make it.

Reply:Definitely not, unless you have met that person before and they moved and you communicate with them via the internet. Other than that, you never know who you are talking to, could be a creepy old person.
