How to find out if a person is who they say they are on a internet dating service?

i am talking to a guy on this christian dating service and I really want to beleive in him but some things do not add up. How can I find out if he is for real. The picture of him may not be his. Please help me find out who this guy is. I want to believe that this is my soul mate.

Trust your instincts....You'll Know ..deep down in your gut. If it sounds to good to be true or stories don't add up then most likely they are.


Talk with him for a while before you meet. If you decide to meet plan an afternoon lunch date and keep it short.Watch body language.





PS . I met my husband on the Internet dating website but only after "kissing" a few "frogs".
Reply:Tell him to get a webcam. Or tell him to go to a place that you can look at him through binochulars. But I'd be suspicious of anyone I met through a christian dating site. That's just me though.
Reply:Hard to help when we have no idea who he is. You say some things not adding up and if you feel that way now what is the future to hold. Guess if you want to believe this is the one keep chatting and asking lots of questions to get to know him better. If and when you meet do so in a public place. Ask him to send you more pics also. Take it slow.

Reply:Trust your gut instints, they will never do you wrong. If things aren't adding up and your suspicious, there is most likely a reason for it. I would back off. Been there, been through that multiple times
